     hello! ihave one question sir.why i try register my autel md 802 but the server show The product has been registered but when i log out and i log in again the server always ask to register my product until now i cant dowload nothing.thanks

     I'm also having the same issue.

    Register password: 254859
    For MS908
    Plz help, I haven't be able to connect to anything, I tried my 2004 525i, 2002 GMC, 2016 jeep wrager, and 2010 toyota truck all responses from auto detect are "doesnt support VIN" so basically this device doesn't work on any level

    Hi, it is normal that Auto VIN may not be supported on some vehicles. As to those vehicles you tried, would you please upload data log, so we can try to confirm the causes? Thanks in advance!
